Larger image is available in the Shop Owner's Profile box. If you use an image smaller than 100px (width), the image is displayed in the original size. If you use an image in 100px (width) or larger, the image resized to 100px (width). You can create a Shop Owner's Profile page, that is linked from the Shop Onwer's Profile box in the top page. Go to [Shop Manager] > [Content/Page Control] > [Shop Owner's Profile]. Select "Use" in Shop Owner's Profile Page (PC Site) field, and edit message in the About Myself field. If your message in About Myself is too long, you can undisplay the message in the top page. If you wish to undisplay the message in the top page, please select "Undisplay" "About Myself" on the top page in PC site.

* If the resized image quality is too low, please edit the original image before uploading.

This resize function works only for jpg format.

You can register up to 4 sub-administrators and assign various level of permission
to sub-administrators.

*This function is enabled only with the Private Domain Plan.
*Main administrator’s account and sub-administrator’s account cannot be operated in the same browser. Please sign-into a control panel
after sign-out or using another browser.

You can register up to 4 sub-administrators.
Main administrator can limit access to by menu and undisplay Summary in the top page
to a sub-administrator.

1. Go to [Shop Manager] > [Basic Settings] > [Administrators].
2. Enter sub-administrator’s ID using between 4 and 16 lower-case letters and numbers.
3. Enter sub-administrator’s password twice.
4. Select menus to give permission to this sub-administrator.

***NOTE!***
If you change the status of sub-administrator’s account, new settings will be activated
when this sub-administrator signs into the Shop Manager next time.

You can switch the operation mode between the simple mode and the advanced mode at the top of the Shop Manager.

Once you switch the mode, it is saved for the future operation

The simple mode is selected in the beginning, and in item registration pages, Display only required items is selected.

If you wish to change yellow colour such as New Items, the color is
assigned using image and they cannot be changed at a time.

To change all of yellow colour, please create a background image, upload
it to the Image Manager, and edit CSS individually.

To upload your image file, go to [Design Control] > [Image Manager], and
select Content Folder.

For titles in the left column and the right column,
let's say you use image file in 155px (width) x 40px (height) same size
as original image and its relative path is (image/test.jpg) here.

For titles in the center column,
let's say you use image file in 500px (width) x 60px (height) same size
as original image and its relative path is (image/test_2.jpg) here.

For header background image,
let's say you use image file in 860px (width) x 120px (height) same size
as original image and its relative path is (image/test_header.jpg).

For footer background image,
let's say you use image file in 860px (width) x 70px (height) same size
as original image and its relative path is (image/test_footer.jpg)

To edit CSS, go to [Design Control] > [CSS], enter Template Name, and
follow the steps below.

Im beginner, I recieved the first order yesterday.
I have a few question.

1)I set up exclusive about tax, but the order Item/amount shows " tax incl".

2)About Payment Method/Amount
The payment terms is Paypal, Status shows non check.
Dose that mean I must register to pay me with the customers e-mail address on Paypal site ?

3)For what can I use Invoice ID ?

1) We checked your setting and found no tax is registered.
Kindly set tax rates in [Basic Settings] > [Tax Rates] to calculate the total amount based on it.


2) The status of "PayPal non check" in the order list means that we have not received payment confirmation from PayPal.
Please see the actual status in the PayPal My Account page.

3) Invoice ID in the Order Details page is a unique id that was assigned when the transaction is transmitted to PayPal.

The rate obtained is an estimate including surcharge. It may be different from the actual rate according to conditions.

[Available Services]
If UPS is selected, different services are displayed depending on the sender’s country.
If FedEx is selected, all services are displayed, but some rates are not available depending on the sender’s country.
[Rate Check]
This is not setting field. Please check the rate actually calculated here, before completing setting.
[Free Delivery]
If you do not wish to offer free delivery, tick the check box.
